Cauliflower Florets

Our cauliflowers are cleaned, cut and washed before being packaged either in sealed and vented 5lb. bag or packaged as an individual serving in a wrapped tray.

 

Cauliflowers may be consumed directly from both packaging options without further preparation.

The optimum shelf life of an unopened bag is 10 days from production date when refrigerated at 33°F - 38°F. Once opened keep refrigerated at 33°F - 38°F for up to 48 hours.
